Terms and Conditions for the $100 Play LoveWingmate Gift

 

1. Eligibility

This offer is open to all registered players of LoveWingmate, a LoveVersa initiative, who successfully refer a potential date (the “Suggestion”) to a Play LoveWingmate profile. 

 

2. How It Works

  • To participate, a player must send their suggestion to LoveVersa via email at play@loveversa.com, including the details of the suggested date and why they would be a great match for a LoveWingmate Profile. 
  • If the suggested individual (the “Date”) becomes exclusive with the lover (the “Lover”) — meaning both the Date and Lover mutually agree to exclusively date one another and officially enter into a girlfriend/boyfriend (GF/BF) relationship — the referrer (the “LoveWingmate”) will qualify for the $100 gift. 

 

3. Determining Exclusivity

  • Exclusivity is defined as the Lover and Date mutually agreeing to exclusively see each other, with no other romantic relationships or dating involved, and acknowledging this as a committed boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.
  • The Date will know when they are exclusive once both parties confirm the exclusivity, and the relationship is officially labeled as a girlfriend/boyfriend relationship.
  • LoveVersa will not be responsible for any discrepancies or misunderstandings regarding the exclusivity of the relationship.

4. Gift Notification

  • Upon confirmation that the Date and Lover are exclusive, LoveVersa will send an email to the LoveWingmate notifying them that their suggestion was successful and that they have earned the $100 gift.
  • The LoveWingmate will receive a $100 gift card for the store of their choice, subject to the terms below.

5. Gift Redemption

  • The $100 gift card will be issued electronically via email and can be redeemed at a participating store of the LoveWingmate’s choice, subject to availability.
  • LoveVersa is not responsible for any issues with the redemption process or unavailability of the gift card at certain stores.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • LoveVersa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this offer or the use of the gift.
  • LoveVersa reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time, without notice, in the event of any unforeseen issues or if the offer is being abused or misused.

7. General Conditions

  • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • LoveVersa reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the official rules of the offer or who engages in fraudulent activity.
  • By participating in this offer, all participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by LoveVersa, which are final and binding.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • LoveVersa will treat all personal data provided in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to LoveVersa’s use of your information for the purposes of administering this offer.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LoveVersa operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
